Do you have a recommended DBT workbook, or is it OK to go by reviews?
I have problems with mindfulness even though I try it.
A little more successful with distractions. But they can't be too complicated.
Going to ask the T about coping skills today. Some days are just God-awful hard and bad especially if they get off to a rough start or I wake up and fibro is horrific.
