Have been rapid cycling. Manic for two days this week and suicidal for a couple of days last week.
Seeing pdoc once every week. Seroquel and Epilim dosages were increased. I really was against increasing the Epilim but finally I cracked. I just can稚 go on being this way.

Psych meds: Saphris, Seroquel XR, regular Seroquel.
