did i do it again last night?

I read this quote last night by Angelina Jolie
"You're young, you're crazy, you're in bed and you've got knives. So %#@&#! happens."
so i was sitting there and i was like okay its really not that big of a deal if i do it again...

and now i have this new problem because i have started bitting my lip until it bleeds but i cant stop bitting it. i dont know if thats a form of self injury or not. its because now that softball season started i am finding it harder and harder to find places to do it where i can cover it still for practice
