Are you one of those gardening types? I look at grass cutting as no fun but immediate gratification.
I do walk the dogs 3-5 miles every day no matter the time of year (unless pouring down rain which my dogs hate or ice which I refuse to kill myself on)- that is how I get my daily fresh air and exercise.
