Yeah, I always like to have time to IDK decompress after therapy. I don't like when I have to rush right in to something else. It's like I don't process or something when that happens. And then I'm usually not fully "present" in whatever activity after T so if possible I really like to give myself time to chill. I'm sorry the peace and calm thing didn't last. ((hugs)) kit.
