Their webpage is very confusing as you can't find information about anyone to contact about anything. Mostly it is just a whole lot of positive reviews. They even have the dentist where I used to go listed with a different phone number and it doesn't make sense as they are in different towns and the phone they give is for the town I lived in, not the one the dentist was in. It makes me so sad because the retired dentist promised he had spent a couple of years vetting replacements and felt this was the perfect solution. And he would be horrified that this happened.
I miss my old dentist although this new place is all state of the art fancy stuff my dentist didn't always have. And you get a chocolate chip cookie when you leave  .

Yes, it can be so stressful to be in your position, having to write a letter.
