When you chill, you will know what is real and not, I think. Fears can distort reality and we expect the worst. Take very good care of you. You are your friend. Do friendly things to yourself. If you can get the anxiety level down, try. I'm not sure how bad the anxiety is but sometimes it helps for me if I am not shaky to just play computer games or phone games. They claim focus and you might focus away from the scary thoughts.

Many have been hurt in life, it is sad, but if you are safe now, try to make your emotions understand that.

Do some mundane things. If they feel odd it is just because your mind is on overload and you might feel that they are not fully real. IF you feel this, the worst you can do is dwell on this feeling because then it can get worse. Instead just assume it is real even if you don't feel it.

If you can, have a cup of herbal tea, sometimes other senses than vision, touch and hearing need to be stimulated. Taste can be a good distraction.

If nothing of this applies to you, just scratch it. No shame in that, not from you or me.
