I showed my Ts stuff online and they did look at it (unless it became excessive, which happened at times). I don't see anything weird or unusual about it. Some Ts claim that they don't do this because it would be intrusive and they want to learn about the client directly, in session - that's fine. But I am always surprised when people here on this forum say that Ts have more important things to do or are too busy to look at client info online. They are not busier than anyone else who has a job and a life.
