Whole foods EJ are:
whole grains (no processed flour)
fruits
Veggies
foods with little to no preservatives
No processed foods i.e. soda, sugars, chips, snack cakes
junk foods in essence...
I still eat desserts but very little, ido cheat once in awhile,
I like fish like scrod, salmon, when I can afford it!!
I try to keep it as simple as possible, Do you have any whole food stores in your area i e (Bread & circus) or (Big Y they are
expanding there health food selection) Stop & shop too?
I snack on alot of nuts too like my favorite is cashews (there the best)

You can get protein from powders, nuts, beans lentils legumes,
just read the Labels if you don't recognize it then ask ?'s.
