Now this house we rent is a bit moved around ,, for it is a rent ok on time one ..

In actuality it is in a lawsuit pending and court is March 10 . hehe .

They will then decide who owns this one property of 19 and more in a buyout contract ....

WELL I love peeps that try to become Lessors at times when things happen that are not expected ,,,...
Bad excisting home sales and some peeps that decide to embezele rents from places or just do the rent thing as to >>>>> [shakes head }

Been here before ,, so I said wait and see
Peeps cannot play rent thing if they be in bankruptcy or in the mitts of foreclousure .

Back in 1999 we wanted to buy this little old ( 1924 ) built home . But someone else got it and we now on like ????? >>4th landlord ,, but 2nd still in tax records holds deed ,, And She and I have this ,, have bumped heads ,, but like to talk each others ears off .LOL . So I call this just more as to thinking about along with everything else ,>>>. .<<< life . .

Oh But I got Adopted TODAY !!! .. Actually I do side work for some peeps that Own properties and think about making sure they have rentable Properties ,, .
