Fuzzy, It has to be difficult when you can't find meds that don't work as you need them to do. Given that there are ways to help one to feel less depressed. Focusing on the negative in your life will only bring more negativity a d increase depression. How about sharing two things that went well today and try to do it for yourself each day. At first you might find it difficult but practice makes positive progress on this. There is loads of research on the effectiveness of this practice.
This is all meant with the best of intention, not to be hurtful in any way.
