Yeah, clonazepam helps me. I only take it as needed . . . well, it's listed as needed, but I should probably take it more than I do. It's only 0.5mg and that's generally enough, but I've been known to take two when things seem really out of control. I've never talked to my psychiatrist about that, but I don't think he'd be too worried about it. He's said before that he knows I hardly take them and sometimes it's just the comfort of knowing it's there and he's least worried about me overtaking or abusing them of all the patients he's had.

I don't know if you're on other meds or in b therapy currently (interpersonal, CBT, etc.), but you might want to consider it so you have multiple tools to handle the anxiety
