I know what you mean Rissie, it's as if your emotions have a mind all their own.......the book I'm reading puts it this way.......(about BPD's- Lost in the Mirror) Its as if one is floating through space, with no way of knowing up from down, or even destination or origin........it's as if one was a radio and the button was stuck on maximum volume so that the two choices were clashingly loud or empty silence....
