I don't know much about you, but my guess is these issues are OCD not trauma. You could search for a specialist for OCD to find someone to address your issue properly. What you are stating is very common (from what I've read over the years) in the OCD population.

Also, OCD is the only issue I can think of that is almost guaranteed to be made worse by psychodynamic therapy.
The best example of an OCD case I ever read was
People of the Lie: The Hope for Healing Human Evil by M. Scott Peck. I never got through it because it was so triggering but the first case was about OCD and the roots behind it; it was very informative.

Again, this is an very common issue with people who have OCD. You can have OCD and emotional abuse. One can have OCD and sexual abuse. Once can have many things with OCD. OCD might be the thing making you miserable and leading to anxiety and angst that prevents you from living fully.
