I'm not a doctor, of course, but personally I don't actually think all those symptoms you've described are being caused by anxiety. They could possibly be separate conditions. For example, ringing, humming, sensations in the ear, could be tinnitus, a fairly common but uncomfortable condition of the ear. And the lightheadedness, fainting, pins and needles, sound like yet another condition all together. But it could all be interrelated, I suppose, sure. Just an opinion.

I'd say head off to the doctor, for sure MattyT123, and explain everything to them. You wouldn't want it to be the onset of something even more serious.
Thanks for your advice,
I saw a doc todsy because I have 2 issues including this one, was hoping I could fit 2 problems and maybe a referal to ent, but he couldn't see my ear problem because of time and can only look at one problem, so have booked an appointment for next week.

I'm thinking of calling again to get it earlier, but not sure if I should and if its considered an emergency since its chronic.

Strangely its a bit better this morning and when I went there. I think focusing which is hard not to increases the feelings.
