No, I take 2 mg Klonopin daily usually but can take up to 4 mg for bad, long lasting high anxiety. Most of the time I don't take 4/day or the low dose Seroquel.
Don't I wish I could get off more meds? I tried less, and things were worse. But I was unfortunately on the free/sliding scale county system by the state; first in my college county; not too bad but the pdoc handed out Paxil like candy, later on the county system in Houston, and they had me on about 20 meds at once, hospital, you name it. Then, I got the really bad panic from the night shooting in to my apartment. I lived in walking distance of the University of Houston, but everyone around Houston knows that is a dangerous part of town; I just didn't have time to hassle with parking every day at the university (which was very crowded), but the trade-off was living in a bad neighborhood. Then, after my daughter was born, BPI diagnosed.
Once there is less stress in my life, I hope to get off some of these meds or lower the dosages. 2018 has been a year for the dogs for me.
