I've noticed that my weighted blanket has more impact on my sleep than I thought.
If I sleep with it, I get 10 hrs or more or sleep. Then I feel a little tired when waking up. However, if i sleep without it (like sleeping with ONLY a light fleece blanket), then I get about 6 or 7 hours. I feel more refreshed with 6-7 hours.
I actually squirm and roll in bed when I don't use my weighted blanket. It's like I'm dependent on it. I also don't feel tired when using the fleece blanket. It's like I have insomnia, but not quite. And it's not mania either.
Last night, I tried for FOUR HOURS to go to sleep with a fleece blanket before I gave up and just used my weighted blanket. It's like going through med withdrawal. And of course, a lack of sleep will just lead to mania. Can anyone else relate? What do I do?
