I hate urine infections, they are so painful and inconvenient. I hope you're taking some medication that works.

I feel for your pain. Sometimes it can help to breathe slowly and bring your attention to something, like a plant or something, that doesn't trigger sad feelings in you. Keep breathing slowly and regularly and keep focussing. Sometimes it works and can lift you slowly out of that sad place.

I hope, too, that you give yourself credit for the tremendous internal strength and integrity you must have to keep caring for your little girl the way you are, while enduring such horrible pain yourself.
