I got a telephone assessment thing on the 7th November, hopefully I'll get some help this time and not get told "your a time waster we got better things to do than deal with you"

I'm scared, I hate the telephone

Maybe if I hide under here the phone cannot get me

is it okay if someone protects me from the phone
