I just said to the therapist “x has a funny voice” .. I didn’t say anything to the neighbour about their voice. On the other hand, the neighbour gave me a very dirty look. This is true .. I do look a bit unusual for a human (this is also true)

Since I’m a bear there isn’t much I can do about looking like a bear

So the therapist, in effect, was saying my thoughts and words are unacceptable.. in that session. I also don’t know why “I don’t like x” is more acceptable than “x has a funny voice”

I don’t easily take a dislike to someone. Just because I said she had a funny voice, to that therapist, didn’t necessarily mean I didn’t like her. But I certainly didn’t like her unfriendly behaviour.
