I didn’t actually take my first Xanax until 1 this afternoon. The anxiety at work wasn’t too bad despite the mess still being there. There actually wasn’t too much anxiety in general today. I’m emotionally drained but not anxious. I did end up taking all my night meds including the Xanax around 4:45 this afternoon. But I’d give the anxiety about a 4 today.
