Is there a bathtub? I would go take a hot bath and snooze. But im famous for falling asleep in the tub.
Alcohol in the evening might be keeping you from getting restful sleep. Also ive read that its the time you sleep BEFORE midnight that is the most restorative for your body.
If you do get into a relationship, you may eventually start sleeping at theirs, and that could help the early awakening problem - but might start a new one!
