Big congratulations on the AF, bizi! It is such a help in your weight goals (in addition to other reasons too of course!). Have you had your vit D levels re-checked? (The deficiency was awhile ago if I'm reading it right) I ask because a couple years ago(?) mine was 9 (very bad). Had short boost prescription followed by maintenence doses. Just had it re-tested and it is 51(!!) Dr. doesn't want it any higher. I think I need to check my multi-vit, as I unwittingly have probably been double dosing (seeing how I just ran out of the D 2000 iu, it will just be a matter if not buying more

) Having it in healthy range is such a help, and I think it gets overlooked too much, which is a shame since low levels are linked with depression, and we sure don't need any factors sabotaging us in that department(!)
