Have you had a vitamin D level checked lately? That can really help with the symptoms you mentioned and a deficiency is really common.

Thanks, I appreciate you sharing your experience with it. I may try it again and track my moods to see if it is in fact linked. Hoping I can find a way to get it to work for me. Also, thanks for the suggestion about vitamin D. Although I recently have been taking a supplement, I have had really low vitamin D before and have not had it checked. I should probably just go get a physical and make sure everything looks good.
