I pay nothing as I'm on SSDI and live well below the poverty limit. I have Medicade and Medicare which is 0 copayment but no vision, dental or hearing coverage and I pay twenty a month for my RX coverage which is well worth it as my meds are expensive. I have a 3.95 and a 8.95 copayment for meds but by March I no longer have to pay that as I've met the out of pocket limit.
