It's ridiculous all the things these meds can do that we'd never think about. I've had to have a lot of work done on my front teeth from vomiting all the time when I was on lithium and got toxic easily and frequently, along with a lot more for dry mouth repair.
I now have a water pic and fancy electric toothbrush combo that they think might help, along with a special rinse and a prescription fluoride toothpaste which I've used in the past but had trouble not gagging on.

Lol! Me, too, re: the water pic, prescription toothpaste, prescription mouthwash. There is a lot of damage to my teeth, too. I avoid the dentist when depressed, which is often. That's been a big mistake.
