Wow, it's a bit of a situation for you all right, BeesWaxCrayon.

Have you tried physical exercise, gruelling walks, or running as a possible means to burning off the frustrations? Not only is it healthy anyway, but it could help to calm you emotionally too. A lot of people use running or jogging for that purpose. Stress relief.
