Do try 'Mindfulness',and be aware of 'Priming',which is thinking bout people/situations/resentments etc., that stokes
the boiler up.And look up some books on self-esteem,so you
can be kinder to dear self--plus,look up book on "Self-Compassion",thats title of book by Kristin Neff,she has website too. I know the pain,so do work hard on this.
