I haven’t often shared (anywhere) about my toxic and abusive family. When I have, I’ve nearly always received at least one “pull socks up” sort of reply. It stings especially from people in real life, who surely ... would have more intelligence. But, apparently, not. I receive, yet again, minimisation and invalidation.

Or maybe just a big fat zero.

Not surprisingly, this is very unhelpful to me.

I know this doesn’t give many details. I don’t need to be told that.

This post is pointless.
