She did the same thing today. Also today at the meeting my manager said that people were wandering around the store yesterday. That was also that coworker since she announced that she was going to go upfront to do something. I was in the back the whole time. I knew I was having an off day though. My manager said that he felt like people were sometimes doing the work of two people. I felt like that particular comment was directed towards me. I often work with this coworker and I feel like I’m doing most of the work. I was really worried though. He was talking about switching people around and it felt like he was talking in code. When it was safe to ask I asked him if I was in trouble. He said no and mentioned two names. Another manager was in the room and said that if I was doing something I would be told.
Is that true? If I was really doing something wrong would I be told? I’m willing to work on whatever it is. My mom told me if they are saying I’m not doing anything wrong then to trust them.

Yes. That is true.
I'm with your mom on this.
