I have a Gravity Blanket anD I like it. See here:
Gravity Blanket – Gravity Blanket - The Weighted Blanket for Sleep and Stress
I agree that weighted blanket weights should be 10% of your body weight. At Gravity Blankets, the smallest weight they have is 15 lbs. I'm about 100 lbs. I'm still fine with a 15 lb blanket, though.
They now sell a "cooling" blanket so that you don't get too hot. I don't know how well it works or not because I have the original blanket. I actually bought my Gravity Blanket off Kickstarter when the inventors were pitching their idea to the public, so I got a $50 discount.
The Gravity Blanket helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. It's actually a plush blanket, so it's ultra comfortable. I don't get too hot because I keep my air temperature cool. However, if you know you're prone to getting too hot, try their cooling blanket. Again, I don't know how well it works, but I really, really like the original one.
