306. I discovered the Mayo clinic in Rochester (not far from where I live) has an 8 day inpatient rehab program for nicotine addiction. And while the prospect of rehab for smoking may seem silly to some, this may be exactly what it takes for me.

Dx: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD (childhood physical/sexual abuse), history of drug abuse.
Meds: Zoloft, Lorazapam, Coffee, Cigarettes
