
I go to a therapist and she said it's important for me to recognize and let her know if I feel like I'm breaking so we can work on ways to make sure I don't. You really should let your therapist know that you feel like your breaking because they are human as well and sometimes really don't get the hints we are trying to give with what we have said. Sometimes you have to say it outright and that if given more time you will collapse. Wish you luck!
