Stay positive! Mine came through when I was a teenager I think but then i too had to have them all pulled in my early 20s. It was the 1st dental work I had ever had done, and I was more terrifed of the needles than of the actual extractions lol. Hopefully with the molar gone there will be plenty of room for it to come through.
