I was 155 this morning. These low calorie TV dinners and other prepackaged snacks really seem to work for me. It’s like Jenny Craig or nutrisystem but without the high prices.
Today I had the usual string cheeses I had when working. My coworker was drinking something from Starbucks that looked good. So when I clocked out I stopped at the drive thru and got a grande that had 140 calories. I had a mini lasagna for lunch that had 340 calories. For dinner I’ll be trying something new. spaghetti tacos Basically I’ll be cooking a spaghetti and meatballs lean cuisine and then putting It in a couple stand and stuff taco shells. I saw it on a TV show. That will have 400 calories. That leaves me with 160 calories. I might have some rice crackers.
