I ended up telling him what I did last night and told him I was close to calling 911. He asked why and I told him it was . He said that what I did to myself was dangerous and asked how I was feeling tonight. I shut down a lot tonight because I'm so upset and scared and worried about myself but I couldn't even bring myself to say that because I didn't want to cry
