I forced myself back to the basics, healthy food and exercise. It helped me sleep better and the anxiety isn't as much this weekend. I have hope. I am on a cancellation list at my T's, so I might get in to see him before Thurs., it was of his wanting though, because I was so distraught Thurs. But baby steps for me. I even bought the expensive cut up fruit and veggie trays at the store, so I could eat healthy without much effort, no excuses now.
