156 this morning. I overate yesterday, but mostly on calorie dense items so it doesn't show on the scale right away. Anyway, I am trending down, which is good to see. I whine about how I can't seem to get out of this cycle of rolling forward and playing catch up but I do catch up and the goal is a deficit.
Tomorrow I will exercise, early and long, and probably clear my rolled forward amount and then get back to the *IF* I can eat normally for the remainder of he day. First I will have to see how much damage I do today...
