to get 3 grams combined dha and epa, i take 10 capsules of my fish oil (good price, OK quality...neither high nor low potency...). 5 am, 5 pm...with food, both times. and now...
i feel better already. i think part of it is pushing -against- the depression. that alone helps, to a point. i also wonder if being on ongoing Orthomolecular for so long helps, too.
anyway...thought id share. i dont like depression. i also dont like antidepressants. hence...fish oil. :-)
