I can relate to this. It seems to be my default mode when life gets really tough and it’s frustrating. I think therapy is good and so is a safety plan...I have both. Thank you. I usually ride them out as well. Mainly I get concerned about it when I consider that some who commit suicide later in life seem to have been plagued by the thoughts their whole life. I don't want to head down that road.
