I’m not in America but I had to track someone to get in touch of them once. But this was back in the Day with landlines. I used the phone directory and rang EVERY number with this persons surname and found someone who knew her ... eventually.

I'M in the UK, we used to have the yellow pages - if those still existed, I'm sure I might've been able to do the same as you. Perhaps there's a service out there to help find him through his name and towns name ... surely there's very few people there with his name and, of the few there, one might possibly be him - so that might work

to be fair, he won't be able to find me either because I also don't have any social media - a huge inconvenient mess , haha
