I've never struggled with addiction, but this seems like good advice for any sort of reason one would be uncomfortable in a social situation. And humorously put too.
One day, one hour, one minute at a time. We BPers tend to have a lot of practice with that, so consider yourself ahead of the game.
Also think it's great BirdDancer shared about those 2 medications that might be of assistance.
