Crazy, crazy overboard again yesterday by the time it was over. This morning? 157 again. Still need to try to make up for a bunch of rolled forward food. I ate a lot of calorie dense food late day, so the weight in my gut and the calories in my gut are very different things. I did leave yesterday ~375 over and I may do the same today and/or tomorrow to get back to an even start on Monday. I might go to the gym tonight also.
EDIT - Little bit of TMI...
OMG moment in the bathroom this morning. There was a *lot* more than usual in my gut and it wasn't floating; definitely over a pound lost in the space of a few seconds. I may still be trending slightly down.
