155 today. Logged about 1000 calories from watching an entire moving on the ARCTrainer at about 80 steps a minute on a resistance setting of 45 (3 of 3 bars) for 2 hours and did some resistance circuit training. I still ended up over for the day with so much rolled forward from prior days but this time I didn't roll it. The 155 is a bogus low spike from dehydration, but I am probably still holding the line at 157. Raking, mowing and house cleaning on the schedule today.
