I know it is important to deal with the anger--if I just keep it restrained it will eventually blow up in my face. The right moment to deal with it is in therapy or when I have support available to help me when it is over. A while back it was scary to get angry...now it feels kinda good--almost refreshing. Hey, I am human, I get angry...and now I know how to express it.
