I've read it and can't see why the advice in it shouldn't apply just as well today as then.It's been a while since I read it but isn't it based on the fact that if we treat people positively/pay compliments /don't behave negatively then they're most likely to respond? (very simply put!).I think people are just as likely to respond to that now as then.Everyone likes to be spoken to that way.
