I been on seroqel for a while now maybe a little over a year

okay it helped me sleep in the pass but now its fading away i feel like i am have troubling getting to sleep. sometimes a little as 30 mins but i do take mirtazapine and clonazepam with it. been on all of these medication for a while i do see my doctor at the end of next month so i guess i will be asking for a change. what is the diffrent between zyprexa and seroqel?
