I was 152.2 today. I did not mean to lose 1 pound and 2 oz in a day. I think I just really overestimated my calories yesterday. I think 1200 calories might have actually been more like 900 something. So I decided to have my cheat day today. I give myself one a week. I went out to eat for lunch. I might skip dinner though since lunch was big and I’m still full.
I’m freaking out about this loose skin thing. But if an 84 pound weight loss caused no visible loose skin issues then should I be worried about an additional 17 pounds of weight loss if it’s done slowly?
