I've done TRE a few times. It's interesting how your legs will start to move by themselves. But I don't know if it's helped me, aside from the novelty factor. I think it was kind of relaxing as well, but no more than certain types of yoga.

I also didn't do it with a therapist. Went to a few workshops/classes.
