I have a teddy bear and I wrap up in blankets and diapers. (Seems strange I know).
I have heard good things about weighted blankets and their effect on those who have PTSD. Have you tried them?
Obviously the best thing is to be wrapped in warm embrace with someone you trust, but not everyone has the luxury of having someone in our lives to offer this.
